AUTHORISATION FOR THE EXMOOR MOTOR CLUB’S NEIL WESTCOTT MEMORIAL TRIAL MOTOR EVENT SCHEDULED FOR THE 26TH NOVEMBER 2023

Authorisation has been granted for the above event to take place within parts of the parishes of Cutcombe, Dulverton, Exford, Exton, Luccombe, Luxborough, Porlock, Timberscombe, Winsford, Wootton Courtenay.

The event organiser is: Mr Geoff Westcott.

The applicant has satisfied this department that all requirements under Section 33 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 have been met regarding insurance, safety, repair of surface should any damage occur, landowner consent, signs and marshalling.

Detectives leading the search for wanted man Richard Scatchard are continuing to ask anyone with information to come forward.

Today marks one month since Scatchard was last known to have been captured on CCTV, when he was seen in West Somerset on Monday 16 October.

The event will also showcase; Ukrainian gifts, Art from talented Ukrainians, Craft workshops and photo opportunities in cultural headdress.
