Police Warning

Please see the attached document for information from ActionFraud about fake emails claiming to be from the NHW. These say they can provide people with a “digital passport” to prove you’ve been vaccinated, but have links within them that can steal personal and financial information.

Wootton Road Closure

There will be surface dressing taking place on the road through Wootton Courtenay on Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th August, starting at the A39 junction and reaching all the way to Cowbridge Sawmill. The road will be closed as a result.

Reminder- Seeing your GP or going to hospital? Masks must be worn
Everyone accessing or visiting healthcare settings must continue to wear a face
covering and follow social distancing rules. Although COVID-19 restrictions have
ended in many settings in England, Public Health England’s infection prevention
control guidelines and hospital visiting guidance remain in place for all staff and
visitors.
That means NHS visitor guidance remains unchanged across all health services
including hospitals, GP practices, dental practices, optometrists and pharmacies to
ensure patients and staff are protected.
