| As from 4th July 2020 village halls were permitted to re-open for a limited number of organisations, such as schools and Parish Councils. Indoor sports such as bowls and table tennis are still not permitted.
The feedback from the eligible users indicates that there is no urgent demand for us to reopen until September. The Village Hall Committee is, therefore, planning to re-open Timberscombe Hall on Tuesday 1st September 2020, assuming that the regulations at that time permit us to do so. The Village Hall Committee has new Covid -19 policies and procedures in place, we have purchased additional PPE and sanitising products and users will be required to sign new Covid Terms and Conditions of Use designed to reduce the potential spread of Covid-19. |
