Yoga and Gong Bath!
Friday 17th January
Dunster Tithe Barn
Doors open 6.45pm for a 7.00pm Yoga Start
Gong Bath 8.00 – 9.30pm
£18 per person for both yoga and gong bath, or £7 for yoga and £11 for the gong bath
Enjoy an evening of yoga with Terry Bruce, followed by a deeply relaxing meditative gong bath with Alexandra Simson, and finishing with a hot spiced tea and chocolate treat. Join us for this special new year experience.
This invigorating session will sweep away the cobwebs of midwinter festivities and encourage us to let go of the chatter in our minds, while we bring our awareness deeply into our body, and the present moment.
This yoga session is suitable for anyone with sufficient mobility to get up and down from the floor and a wonderful preparation for the deep relaxation of the gong bath…
For your gong bath:
Bring something to lie on (like a yoga mat), a blanket and a pillow.
Take your spot – lie back (or let me know if you prefer to sit in a chair).
Relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of the gong.
To book your place for either the yoga, the gong session or both – please email: alex@story-well.co.uk or call 07980 197737.
Please note that gong baths are not suitable for anyone who has had surgery in the last 6 weeks. Any questions, feel free to contact Alex.
Please arrive on time as doors will be closed at 8.00pm once the gong bath has started.
