The Archbishops of Canterbury and York and the Prime Minister, Theresa May are encouraging all cathedrals and churches across England to toll a bell for 7 minutes at 7pm this Thursday, 18th April as a mark of solidarity following the fire. This has been suggested by the British Ambassador to France, Edward Llewellyn.
Therefore a bell will be rung at St. Petrocks at this time.

Phase 1 consists of 6 locations. This is the first to be equipped and installed, 15 others have signed up and twill under go installation in the near future. All these locations are community owned and not part of the district or county councils.
At the event you will also be able to find out what we as the EV2 Charge Community project are doing to make access to public charging easier in West Somerset.

Every thursday 12 till 1.30pm. Same lovely homemade food but made for a smaller budget. We take bookings, but don’t ask for ID!

The Community Council for Somerset is currently expanding their team and are looking to recruit individuals who want to support their local area. We want reach people who don’t necessarily have a background in similar work or relevant qualifications, but are supportive, approachable people who are passionate about their community, can use their initiative and have bucket loads of common sense.

A diverse repertoire from artists such as Mumford and Sons, George Ezra and Ed Sheeran to Frank Sinatra, Bill Withers and Led Zeppelin. A fun and electric atmosphere throughout the night.
