Bike Found

This bike was found just inside the gate to the garden area of the Old Dairy on Wednesday morning. We put it on face book and had no reply. It was there at 0730, We left it there for the remainder of the day and no one removed it, just in case someone left it there and got on the bus. Has anybody reported one missing in this area?

For the first time this year the Exmoor Society is running a season of Advent Walks to introduce our members to some of Exmoor’s beautiful churches and places of worship. These have been organised with Porlock Pilgrim’s Trail who are guiding the walks and are really not to be missed.

timberscombe sewing group

How do you feel about being involved in something that will be part of Timberscombe history?

The village sewing group is attempting to make a wall hanging for the church.

We really need more help if anyone is available. We meet at the Lion Inn on a Wednesday evening 6-9pm but some just pop in, some stay and socialise and some stitch at home! Whatever suits you! We have all abilities so please don’t be shy about joining in.

We have many beautiful buildings in the village and it would be amazing if these could be added to the wall hanging plus old nooks and crannies which make the village unique .

There is lots of help and  support if you need it.

A very special village winter project by the local residents for St Petrocks church.

Please support us by getting involved in any way you can – we would love to see you.
