As a bowel cancer survivor I am taking on a challenge to raise funds to support research and diagnosis of this disease that if treated early enough, can be beaten.

LOOK OUT FOR LEAFLETS FOR OTHER EVENTS
Unfortunately, due to the unpredictable nature of the weather this year, we decided to move the cream tea to the village hall but we still managed to have a fun afternoon. The hall looked lovely and welcoming with pretty tablecloths and fresh flowers on each table.
It was great to see our regular supporters and many new faces and visitors to the village.
Thank you to all the helpers, those who baked and donated items for the raffles and stalls.
The quiz proved quite a challenge but was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
We raised a magnificent total of £920.85 which will boost our church funds and help continue to provide a warm and welcoming church to our community and visitors. We couldn’t have done this without your support in so many ways for which we are all extremely grateful. Well done everybody!
