Garden waste collections will restart on the usual collection day in the fortnight that begins Monday 13 September. From 13 September, you can also order garden sack collections and buy garden waste subscriptions via My Waste Services at somersetwaste.gov.uk. Eight weeks have been added to all subscriptions. Check pick-ups via My Collection Day at somersetwaste.gov.uk

All recycle sites will be switching to their winter hours  from Friday 1 October to Thursday 31 March.

Weekends stay 9am-4pm but weekdays, when open, change to 9am-5pm .
