Since 1979, our small team in Minehead have helped over 70,000 local people experiencing many different challenges, an average of over 1,600 each year.

Citizens Advice West Somerset have provided 530 food boxes to the most vulnerable local people last year and we expect more this year. Each day, on average, we handle 9 debt issues, 5 mental health issues, 16 benefit issues, 3 housing issues and we reach out across the whole of West Somerset.

Temporary Road Closure: Burrow Road, Timberscombe and Wootton Courtenay

The works are expected to commence on 6th June 2022 and last for 2 days (09:30 – 15:30) to enable BT Openreach to carry out underground cabling works.

The contractor has indicated that access for Emergency Services through the site is permitted on this occasion.
