A shed was broken into on Chibbet Hill, Exford, between 7:45am and 5:45pm on the 13th.
The owner returned to find the shed had been forced open, and a chainsaw and a Hilti breaker were stolen from inside.

• Use heavy duty hasps, padlocks, and hardened screws rather than standard fixings.
• Fit internal bolts or additional locking points where possible.
• Reinforce doors with metal plates or security bars to prevent prying.

There have also been some fuel thefts recently. The Police have issued this advice to the public
