We have been advised of possible rogue trader activity within the Minehead area.
It has been reported that leaflets advertising property services were delivered to residents, primarily targeting elderly persons, over the weekend of 11th and 12th July.
While receiving a leaflet does not necessarily indicate criminal activity, residents are urged to exercise caution when approached by unsolicited traders offering services, particularly those requesting cash payments, claiming work is urgently required, or offering discounts for immediate decisions.
