Timberscombe heating visit and drop-in session – Monday 30 September
Following heating failures that affected several residents in Timberscombe last year, we are keen to make sure you have the support you need to stay warm this winter. On Monday 30 September, we will be visiting homes in Timberscombe between 10am and 12am. We will be able to answer any questions and advise you on the best and most cost-effective ways to heat your home this winter.
Members of our heating, energy, money matters and housing teams will also be on hand to address any queries you may have.
If you are not at home in the morning, we will be holding a drop-in session at Timberscombe Village Hall between 1pm and 5pm along with a representative from our air source heat pump supplier, Daikin. They will be available to answer questions about using your heat pump this winter.
We would like to thank Timberscombe Parish Council, who we have worked with to arrange the visits and drop-in session.
If you are unavailable on this day, please contact us by visiting our website at www.magna.co.uk or calling us on 0800 358 6025 and a member of our heating team will contact you directly.
We hope to see you on 30 September.
Best wishes,
Stephanie Lloyd–Foxe
