Timberscombe Show August 17th 

The show is just a few weeks away so give some thought to what you may like to enter. A wide variety of classes are open to all abilities and ages. Just give it a try – it doesn’t have to be perfect!

Schedules have been delivered around the village. Lists of Subjects for the Photo Classes, The Craft Knitting Pattern and spare entry forms are available in the Post Office

Don’t forget the Limerick – ‘There once was a duck and a goose’. or you might like to design a Home made ‘Get Well soon’ card or a poster for next year’s show 16th August 2025.

Keep those flowers, plants and vegetables nurtured.

Lost Stick

A member of a local walking group has lost a walking pole, somewhere between The Old Dairy at Timberscombe and Wootton Courtenay. He thinks it was when he stopped to take off his coat at a stile.

If you spot the stick please could you take it home and contact me by replying to this email, so I can arrange collection.
