It is a 2 bedroom house subject to a local connection clause which prioritises the eight parishes. The local connection in the s106 Agreement cites the 10 year requirement expected by ENPA.
The property is available at the end of July but applicants must ‘bid’ in this cycle – i.e. immediately
The advertised monthly rent is £ 515.38 plus £103.47 service charge.
Please use whatever means you have to alert local households in need of 2 bedrooms who are already registered on Homefinder Somerset.

The Gardening Club held its Annual Plant Sale and Cream on 27th May at St Petrock’s Church. We were very lucky with the weather. Thank you to everyone who contributed in various ways; lovely scones and cakes available, a good array of plants, some garden equipment donated and a lively tombola stall, plus all the valuable help on the stalls helped to make this an enjoyable and successful event. Thank you to all who came and supported it, it was good to see so many people. Thanks to you we raised £431 to help boost the funds. We hope to hold another plant sale next year around the same time.
