Urgent Road Closure: New Road, Wootton Courtenay

Please be aware that we have received notification of an urgent road closure at New Road, Wootton Courtenay, which will commence on 10th November 2021 and is expected to last until 14th November 2021 (the closure is between the hours of 00:00 – 23:59).

These works are for Wessex Water to replace a cover and frame. Their works reference is 039539734001.

Theft from Outbuildings.

An outbuilding / barn has been broken into at some point between the 26th and the 30th October in Chapel Lane, Withypool. The offender caused significant damage to the door forcing entry and once inside has stolen new Stihl garden machinery.

This is a very common occurrence in this area. PLEASE YOUR ENSURE OUTBUILDINGS ARE SECURE
