Magna Housing have received notice of termination of tenancy for the following address within Exmoor National Park: 4 Pixton Place, Dulverton, Somerset, TA22 9DL – 2 bed bungalow

We have advertised the property and there was no one matching the Section 106 criteria that placed a bid. We have now re-advertised for the next cycle on Homefinder Somerset. (18.08.2021 – 22.08.2021)

Police Warning

Please see the attached document for information from ActionFraud about fake emails claiming to be from the NHW. These say they can provide people with a “digital passport” to prove you’ve been vaccinated, but have links within them that can steal personal and financial information.

Wootton Road Closure

There will be surface dressing taking place on the road through Wootton Courtenay on Monday 9th and Tuesday 10th August, starting at the A39 junction and reaching all the way to Cowbridge Sawmill. The road will be closed as a result.
