Keys found in orchard way, now at the post office.

There are still tickets available for the Quiz Night on Friday.

Tickets must be purchased by Thursday at 12.30 from the Post Office, to give us time to buy the correct amount of food and drinks.

 

Authorisation has been granted for the above motor event to take place within parts of the parishes of Cutcombe, Dulverton, Exford, Exton, Luccombe, Luxborough, Porlock, Timberscombe, Winsford, Withycombe and Wootton Courtenay.

The event organiser is Mr Geoff Westcott. The applicant has satisfied this department that all requirements under Section 33 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 have been met regarding insurance, safety, repair of surface should any damage occur, landowner consent, signs and marshalling.

I have attached copies of the PROW route plans in a zip folder and the authorisation certificate for the event.
