There will be a Table Top Sale at Wootton Courtenay Village Hall starting at 1030am on Saturday, 4th May.
With a wide variety of stalls and refreshments served all day, the event is a fundraiser for All Saints’ Church, Wootton Courtenay.
Entrance £1 for adults, children free. Doors close at 4pm.
Please note that the date of next Parish Council Meeting and the Annual Parish Meeting is on TUESDAY 21st May 2024. This is a change to the previously published date in order to avoid both the bank holiday and other meetings in the village.

The Village Show will take place this year on Saturday August 17th and we encourage you all to enter. It is a small, friendly show and entries from all abilities and ages are welcomed and valued. There is a wide variety of classes, even for novices, so there is no excuse, just have a go.
Details and schedules will be published later, but in the meantime you might like to dig out your camera or phone and start snapping for the 5 subjects in the Photographic Section.
Photographs should be coloured unless otherwise stated and measure not more than 125 x 180mm [5 x 7 ins] including mounts, if used.
Knit a hat for The Mission to Seafarers
This year the charity pattern chosen to knit for the Village Show is a very simple hat. It uses double knit yarn and if you can cast on, knit, purl and knit two together then you knit this hat. It uses approximately 70g of double knit.
Please pick up a pattern from the Post Office or call Marion on 01643 841318 and I can deliver a pattern to you. If you need any help with the pattern just let me know.
