The works are expected to commence on 22nd April 2024 and last for 36 days to enable Wessex Water to carry out water mains replacement works. 

The contractor has indicated that access for Emergency Services through the site is permitted on this occasion.

Good News !

Great news, the major road project on the B3224 between Wheddon Cross and Exford, which has closed the road since the beginning of January, will be completed on Friday 19th April. The road will be open from 5.30pm. This is ahead of schedule which is excellent news, especially for all those who use the road regularly.

Police Notice

A property, currently unoccupied, was burgled in The Ball, Dunster, at some point between the 1st and 15th of April. A small side window had been smashed, making this the point of entry. Once inside the suspect does not appear to have stolen anything as all valuables had already been secured. They then departed via the kitchen window.
