WARM WELCOME

Please note that there will be no Warm Welcome this Thursday 4th or next Thursday 11th April as it is the school Easter holiday period.

Warm Welcome will resume Thursday 18th April between 10am and 12 noon, and we look forward to seeing you then. All are warmly invited for hot drinks and refreshments and good company! If anybody would like to come along but may find it difficult to get to and from St Petrock’s Church, please do let us know and we will arrange a lift for you.

SPEAKER: CLAIRE HART ON PLANTS FOR PROBLEM AREAS

Our speaker will have seeds for sale.

There will be the usual refreshments and a raffle.

Don’t forget to bring the best flower in your garden for the monthly competition.

If you have signed up for the outing to Greencombe  it would be appreciated if you are able to pay for this at our April meeting; £13.50 to cover entrance and cream tea.

Fees per meeting : Guests/Visitors £3.00  Members £1.00

Annual membership is £10.00

Timberscombe Craft Group

Tuesday 2nd April 2-4pm at the Old Dairy

Lovely bottle lights. Robert will be with us this Tuesday to show us how to make them.

We’ll also be starting our crochet sessions. Wool and hooks are available if you don’t have your own.

Adele is in the process of assembling the St Petrock’s wall hanging so if you have contributed to this project do come along this Tuesday and see it taking shape.

ENP Volunteer Roles

Exmoor National Park has a few new volunteer roles that we are recruiting for this summer. From surveying for invasive plants as well as Signal Crayfish around Exford and Dunster, to paring (cutting) back vegetation on overgrown footpaths.
