Road sign damage

For the 4th time in as many months the road signs on the main road have been deliberately damaged.

We believe that the recent vandalism occurred on Monday 6th November after dark. To pull the signs out of the ground must have required a large vehicle, such as a tractor. All of the damage has occurred between the Old Dairy and Knowle Manor.

If you have any information about this vandalism , or who might be on this part of the road with such a vehicle at that time of night, please contact PCSO Linda Moden at : Linda.Moden@avonandsomerset.police.uk

celebrate the start of advent

Join us in an early-evening village production of readings, poetry, music and lots of humour in St Petrock’s Church, once again orchestrated by Allan Sutton and with the support of talented village readers and performers. Delicious seasonal nibbles and refreshments are to be enjoyed alongside a candle-lit church with our Christmas tree to welcome you in and a convivial atmosphere to embrace the start of the festive season. There will be a retiring collection.

Bike Found

This bike was found just inside the gate to the garden area of the Old Dairy on Wednesday morning. We put it on face book and had no reply. It was there at 0730, We left it there for the remainder of the day and no one removed it, just in case someone left it there and got on the bus. Has anybody reported one missing in this area?
