I’m also really excited to be offering a chair based yoga/mobility class free of charge.
This session is suitable for anyone with reduced mobility, poor balance, or just curious!
The movements will help to keep your body mobile, and the breathing and relaxation techniques we practice can be used any time to  help reduce stress and anxiety, and to improve a sense of peace and wellbeing.
All of the exercises are gentle, and you work according to your own ability.
To take part, you will need to download the zoom app, and then just follow this link to join the session! ☺️
