If you have struggled with the recent interruptions to the water supply in the village you may wish to register with the Wessex Water Priority Service. Similar schemes exist for other essential services. You can register with Wessex Water if you have any of the following conditions:
- Disabled
- Deaf / difficulty hearing
- Mobility problems – (this can be arthritis due to old age)
- Blind / partially sighted
- Kidney dialysis treatment at home
- Wheelchair user
- Vocally impaired
- Learning difficulties
- A medical condition which requires a constant water supply

You will need your customer number which is located on the top right hand side of your bills.
