If you were without power for more than 48 hours during Storm Eunice, and you do not received a letter/text from Western Power within 15 working days, please use this form to make a claim for compensation. The online form will be available from 21st March for customers who have not been contacted. If you are entitled to a payment we will send you a cheque.

Omicron Hospitality and Leisure Grant – deadline looms
Businesses only have until 18 March to apply for the Omicron Hospitality and Leisure Grant.
Businesses offering in-person services and occupying business-rated premises in hospitality, leisure and accommodation may qualify. Grants of £2,667, £4,000 or £6,000 are available depending on the rateable value of the business premises concerned.
If you have not previously claimed and believe you may qualify, please complete
a Register of Interest form which can be found on the SWT website here.
