AUTHORISATION FOR THE EXMOOR MOTOR CLUB’S NEIL WESTCOTT MEMORIAL TRIAL MOTOR EVENT SCHEDULED FOR THE 26TH NOVEMBER 2023

Authorisation has been granted for the above event to take place within parts of the parishes of Cutcombe, Dulverton, Exford, Exton, Luccombe, Luxborough, Porlock, Timberscombe, Winsford, Wootton Courtenay.

The event organiser is: Mr Geoff Westcott.

The applicant has satisfied this department that all requirements under Section 33 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 have been met regarding insurance, safety, repair of surface should any damage occur, landowner consent, signs and marshalling.
