Unless ten electors for the Parish (Ward) give notice in writing by Thursday the 18^th day of September, 2024 to the Returning Officer,  Somerset Council, West Somerset House, Killick Way, Williton, Taunton  A4 4QA (electionswest@somerset.gov.uk), requesting that an election be held, the Parish Council will, at a Meeting to be held on 30^th September at 7.30pm at Timberscombe Village Hall,  fill the vacancy by the co-option of a new Councillor.
