This piece of wood was fished out of the water from under the bridge by the pub. A second piece was reported but had already washed downstream by the time I arrived.

If you live upstream please check your boundaries for loose wood and secure them firmly.

Wood like this has the potential to catch other vegetation and cause a serious blockage and possibly flooding if it is trapped under the bridge.
