I would like to say a massive thank you to everybody who assisted with the Jumble Sale, to those who donated items and to those who cleared away afterwards. We raised an amazing £670 , which will go towards the maintenance of the Village Hall.

In addition to the money raised all the remaining clothes, bags and shoes have been donated to the school for their bags2school collection.  Children’s items will be donated to Poppins charity shop , the books will go to the Community Bookshop in Minehead and some items will go to St Margaret’s charity shop.

The remaining items will go to the tip and have been sorted into glass, paper, metal and wood to be recycled if possible.
