Peter Wright’s 1985 production of this quintessential Romantic ballet is a classic of The Royal Ballet repertory. Somerset Opera returns with Gilbert & Sullivan’s Pirates of Penzance.  Following last year’s highly successful HMS Pinafore it will again be directed by Sarah Helsby-Hughes (who also directs at Buxton) with music from Sam Baker.
