I would like to say a big thank you to everybody who helped with the Village Hall Jumble Sale, to those who donated items and to those who came along and spent their money. A super £560 was raised. In addition to the much needed funds for the Village Hall, all the remaining clothes, bags and shoes were donated to the school for their bags2school collection. All children’s items will go to Poppins , some books to charity outlets and any decent bric-a-bracket to St Margaret’s Hospice shop.
A special thank you to those of you who helped with the worst job of getting rid of the remaining items at the tip.
