Just a little reminder for anyone able to give a hand this Saturday 4th October anytime between 10am and 12 noon, and who can help in keeping our beautiful churchyard in good order. There are always seasonal jobs to be done and great cameraderie with other villagers who can spare some time and expertise. We remove the green waste so it is your talent we are after! For all those who can help and have helped in the past, we are really very grateful to you. Hoping to see you there! Kate and Marion

Harvest Service and Supper – this Sunday!
Just a reminder that this takes place on Sunday 28th September, in St Petrock’s Church at 6pm and then in the Village Hall at 7pm for a supper to which everyone is welcome. This year we particularly welcome any surplus vegetables or home grown produce or tinned goods which we can use to decorate the church and afterwards take to local worthy causes. Please simply leave on the table at the back of the church (open 9am to 5pm) and we will take it from there. Your help and support is deeply appreciated.
Please note that with our Harvest Service at 6pm on Sunday, there is no morning service this Sunday.
And if you happen to be coming to Warm Welcome tomorrow (Thursday) morning, any produce you can donate could also be delivered then. This takes places between 10am and 12 noon. You can follow it up with a cuppa and a piece of cake afterwards!
Thank you all
Marion and Kate

Churchyard maintenance
This Saturday 6th September is our monthly get together for all those that are able to offer some help in keeping our churchyard well maintained. We meet between 10am and 12 noon. Thank you in advance to our regulars, and to those who pop in to help from time to time. It all makes a huge difference, simply bring your gardening gloves and implements. We remove the garden waste for you.
Many thanks
Marion and Kate
