2025 Yoga Classes begin on 13th January!

Wootton Courtenay – Mondays – 9:45 – 11am
Using the season of Winter as our inspiration, we’ll be blending keeping warm, with allowing ourselves to take things gently at the start of the calendar year.
The natural world doesn’t make New Year resolutions, rather it makes the most of the long dark hours to rest – before springing into life in a few weeks!
Book the 5 week block of lessons or book a drop in spot on the dates that you can make it.
There are just a few spaces available so if you’re hoping to come along – book yourself in!
