Temporary Road Closure: Ranscombe Road, Wootton Courtenay

The works are expected to commence on 28th May 2025 and last for 6 hours (09:30 – 15:30) to enable Openreach to carry out tree cutting and pole replacement works. 

The contractor has indicated that access for Emergency Services through the site is permitted on this occasion.

Timberscombe Show 16th August 2025. 

Update on the Village Show preparations  – the schedule is with the printers and will be available in due course. But there are activities to temp your creative juices that you can be getting on with in the meantime.

The Set Knitting Pattern, a very easy folded dog, which will be sent to St Michael’s Baby Unit in Bristol, is now available for you to collect from the Post Office. Once again thank you to Sarah for accommodating these.

The Photo Classes, which should be coloured unless stated and measure not more than 5 x 9 ins [125 x 180mm] including mount if used, are as follows.
